This is the most expensive Mcdonald's I have been to. I will not be going back. I have not ate a Mcdonalds in about a year, and... today had a craving for a 10 piece nugget. I have paid $7 dollars after tax in the past year. But, today a regular 10 piece costme 12.49 after tax.... Thanks for the over priced combo with cold fries! Read more
I frequent this McDonald?s more than I like as I work near by, but I will say I?ve always had great fast service and today 7/19... I decided to sit in and eat lunch around 5:30. Great fast service as always but what really impressed me was while eating andpeople watching two younger little boys walked in to order and the manager on duty was kind and patient with them. Even broughtthe waters they ordered over to their table. It seems mundane but watching these interactions happen in real time warms my heartbecause most adults do not have the time or patience for younger kids and usually are very rude to them! So props to the managerworking at that time, made me happy to see. Read more
Ive been here a couple times,Todays date is July 14 2022...I just had an encounter with an employee and the manager, whos name... is martin..while ordering at the register the lady asked for help and thats when martin came she was genuinely telling himsomething about my order and he asks "thats all" and she laughed..Im a heavier set woman and i instantly caught that and ilooked sternly at the lady and her whole demeanor changed to fearful because she knew i caught that. The manager however said itin such a way had she not laughed i wouldnt have caught on,he tried to be sneaky and blend it in like it was a serious questionbut she obviously knows him she works with him..I gave him a firm talk about how hes the MANAGER and should be setting anexample and that he shouldnt be in a line of work like that if hes going to disrespect his customers . I was mad alright..thecustomer next to me looked uncomfortable and i was brushed off by the manager afterwards like as if i was just another angrycustomer,A karen.Like wtheck?! Ordered five large fries for the party and they all came like this; Undercooked and soggy. The chefs are heavy on the mustard.
Late night staff does not mix mcflurries. Been there twice, ordered a small Oreo McFlurry. Been handed a cup full of soft serve... with Oreo topping on top. Not mixed, regular plastic spoon. First time I pulled away before I realized, second time the guyhanded it over then quickly shut the window as I tried to say this wasn?t a McFlurry, didn?t come back even as I was honking.Outrageous. You can order online and pick up on the store and Drive-through but you can't dine in plus the space inside is really tight.... This store is usually not buzy. Read more
Whoever was in charge on 10/24/22 around 5:50-6:00 pm is a terrible manager. We got a COMPLETELY FLAT SODA lmfao. Supposed to be... Dr. Pepper and it?s just dark carbonated soda water. I worked at a McDonalds for years and our management always physicallychecked to make sure the machine was loaded with syrup properly. The on hand manager should be embarassed. Read more
