Worst Mcdonalds I've ever been to! Guy taking orders in drive thru could barely speak english. I couldn't understand anything... he said. When I repeated my order back to him he just nodded his head. Said my order was $47!!! Told him it couldn't be rightthen I repeated my order back to him. He nodded again. For some reason they don't show your order on the screen like otherMcdonalds?? I paid it then drove up to next window and started to look over my receipt. Turns out he had added a number ofitems to my order that shouldn't have been there. Told the gal at window and she went to get manager for a refund. Later tellsme their computers are down and then had to count out cash rather than refunding my debit as i asked. No big deal there. ThenI look in my bag and find out I'm also missing items that I did order!!! Had her fix it. Then when I went to eat, the burgersand fries were cold and looked like they had been sitting awhile. It was a very busy drive-thru while I was there and they had zero people to talk to me. While there was a kiosk to take my... order, I prefer interacting with a person to make sure it's correct. I understand that drive-thru is a priority -- especiallydowntown -- but it just felt wrong. Maybe this is the future before our eyes and it's just showing piece by piece. Read more
Restaurant is clean, food is fast, I couldn?t imagine going to any other McDonald?s. These folks work their butts off serving... hoards of college students every day and do it with class. Most importantly Nova, the delivery team member is an angel and mustbe protected at all costs- she?s kind, helpful at expediting and I?m always happy to see her there. Read more
Customer service here is so bad. How is it my fault the order is messed up. White guy at drive thru window was trying to argue... over us telling him it was supposed to be two sprites and not whatever he gave us. Why couldn?t he just give us what we orderedwithout bickering Read more
Dine in is never available when they say it?s available. They don?t except mobile order pick ups from mobile order pick up... window. Scammed me saying my mobile order coupons were invalid. Food is always cold or order is messed up. And everyone thatworks there, especially the manager, Are extremely rude and disrespectful to employees. One of the cleanest McDonalds I have been to! Manager definitely takes good care of his restaurant. I come here often and the... staff are always fast and nice with their service. It is located only 7-10 minutes (by walking) to University Village. Try theirchicken McGriddle. Read more
