The McDonald's food is still as good as ever. The restaurant was very clean and the employee's were very nice.
I use the McDonald's app. The app had been recently updated. I ordered, BOGO Sausage McGriddle and a .99¢ large iced coffee,... but the other came through as two sausage egg McMuffins and a surcharged large iced coffee. The price difference was basically$7 I sent an email through customer service, and couple days later the manager contacted me, by phone and offered to correctthe glitch. The food here is, from my standpoint, is usually made hot and ready from all the times I've gone here to get a quick bite.
Unfortunately 25% of the time you're missing items through the drive through. That adds up eventually ... I would recommend... double checking before you leave the lot. Read more
We arrived at just a few minutes after 9:40pm when google and their website said they were open until 10pm. We waited for 5... minutes and then decided we must have gotten the hours wrong. Sure enough, we pull around and see the staff inside were thereclosing out the till. Mildly annoyed that they didn?t at least let us know they were closing early when they likely saw us onthe cameras or turn off the menu boards to indicate they were closed. Read more
I said no whip cream on my frappe and I paid when I came to the window to pick up they had whip cream in it I told the lady with... to much make-up she just took a spoon and took the whip cream off this is the worst McDonald?s I experienced ever they don?tcare for the paying customer I hate this place. I usually only buy fountain drinks from a restaurant if there are refills. Well, after getting mine after ordering from the app... while dining in, I found out this branch does not offer refills on fountain drinks while still charging the normal price (plus30 something cents of some surcharge). Food, however, is typical run-of-the-mill McDonald's. Meets expectations in that regard.But I'd go to a different one next time. Even marked it as a place to avoid on my map next time I venture into this area. Ormaybe, not take for granted refills that are so common in U.S. McDonald's branches and make sure to ask next time.
