Neighborhood gem! Lunch, dessert or just hanging out with a drink - WiFi password provided. Only had the bubble tea so far, but... I love that you can pick your level of sweetness - never had a better taro milk tea! I\'ll be back for the bubble waffle, whichincludes ice cream and two toppings wrapped in a flavored waffle. Wow! Little place. They offer lots of selection. They had bubble teas, smoothies, hot drinks, macarons, desserts, etc. The lychee... bubble slushie I ordered was super tasty. All their desserts looked good. Seating available. Fast service. Read more

We walked here with the kids and ordered a ship of ice cream (peppermint candy) and two bubble waffles... It was a little too... much food for the 4 of us, but since it was so delicious we ate it all. They make the bubble waffles fresh, so warm walked withcold Icecream.... So freaking good. The bubbles in the bubble tea were perfect, and the tea itself was lovely - that alone would be enough to bring us back. Add to... that some great (and super reasonably priced) bahn mi sandwiches (we had the BBQ pork), and we have a new go-to weekend spot! Read more
For anyone looking for a spot to study-- I didn\'t see any outlets by the tables inside but it is a quiet spot if you don\'t... need to plug in.\n\nAlso FYI to my fellow anxious shoppers-- there\'s the tablet pay system common across Seattle where theyspin it around and you\'re forced to pick a tip option while they watch...\n\nBanh mi was tasty but the bread to filling ratiowas okay.
