Nice burger with great portion. The Kobe beef patty is pretty flavorful but a bit dry, I do not like the Truffle Mayo?s flavor a... lot but maybe would try the mustard sauce next time. The portion of the veggies are pretty great. The cucumber, onion andmushrooms are the highlights of the burger. The tots as side is also pretty good. Overall, still a recommended place for aquick bite for lunch! Read more
We were warmly welcomed and sat outside as the weather was good. Service was reasonably attentive but a mistake was made on the... drinks order, and drinks took a long time to come, due, I think, to the staffing issues. There only seemed to be 1 person frontof house at any time. Good options on the menu but unfortunately the execution was quite disappointing, had much better burgerselsewhere and the burgers were really quite salty. Judging by other reviews this place is on the decline. Read more

I had given it 5 star reviews earlier, but the place has really degraded now. Lot of waiting to get served. there was just one... person taking orders for all the table. I feel bad for them, but we had to wait an hour to get one burger and fries. And theygot us the wrong fries. Also the food quality has changed from 5 months back, or rather 10 days back. The garlic fries which Iused to love are not the same. The look, the quality and taste have degraded. This place is understaffed. Read more
The burgers were good but the service was poor. This was my second visit. There's a sign at the entrance that says "wait to be... seated" but you'll end up waiting a long time because staff won't acknowledge you even when the restaurant is empty. Once theydo, they just ask you to grab a seat like any other fastfood joint. I had to try hard to get their attention so I can order. Therestaurant wasn't busy; the two staff members were busy chatting up with a girl at the bar. Tear Jerker Burger and Boston DonutShake arrived and they had put a very narrow straw in a very thick shake. Very poor attention! I had to struggle again to grabtheir attention to get my straw replaced. Very poor service; I won't be back again. It's almost like they don't want me there. Read more
5-star service, but meh burger. The waiter was extremely nice and helpful. Got the tear jerker and was disappointed. The bun was... dry and the meat was under seasoned. The recess shake was good though! Come for the tots, shake, and service. Read more

Disappointing service, fun atmosphere and menu, okay food, reasonable prices. I wouldn't come here if you're trying to eat... healthy or have dietary restrictions. I understand things would be slow with a labor shortage. But the restaurant was not busy,there were several staff just hanging around with no sense of urgency, and almost all parts of service were slow and weremissing the customer service element. It's almost like there was zero awareness of who they were serving because they didn'tseem to care about being attentive or following up. I understand having a casual atmosphere. But they took casual too far to thepoint of offering almost no hospitality. The service was awkward too. We almost left before they took out our order because ittook so long to come by our table even though I left the menus on the edge to show we're ready. Then when we wanted to pay, weweren't given the bill, just told what we owed, and were given the machine right in front of the server. I would have liked tohave seen the itemized bill and it felt awkward to leave a low tip right in front of the server. Read more
