Fantastic! Supremely well crafted cocktails. This is not to slam back drinks but to enjoy the craft. Loved the vibe, bartenders... were friendly and knowledgeable and I loved every cocktail we tried. The Oaxaca Old Fashioned was stunning, The Lady Buzz wasrefreshing and simple, The Little Houdini was really good and the Laid Back was complex and enticing. Would recommend all ofthem. Read more
Went here on a recommendation from a bartender at another establishment after she heard me talking about how I wanted vegan... sushi. I was delighted by the "Chef's Choice" option, which allows the chef to make a roll based on whatever they have in mind(considering your dietary needs, of course). One roll had smoky tofu skins and greens in it. The other had cucumber, cilantro,and orange slices topped with avocado. It basically tasted like a fresh, zingy salad in a sushi roll. Walking into this Sushi Bar the first thing that catches your eye is the EXTENSIVE BAR! Wow. Huge! With a bar like this you know... you are in for a treat! I’m a salmon fan so had to order the Joe’s Hanoo! Can’t go wrong with seared salmon. That rollwas Freshly made to perfection. Asked the bartender to get creative with a whisky drink and made me his spin off of a Manhattan.The drink blow my mind. As you can see in the photo there were so many signatures drinks we couldn’t order just one. Kamikazeshots, nimbus 2000, and a little Houdini. All these cocktails are on point. If you are on a first date or need a place for anight cape Liberty is where you need to be. Friendly staff… scratch that the BEST staff good food and even better drinks. Liberty officially becomes my favorite bar in Seattle now! Love their delicate drinks menu, it was divided into several... chapters and each chapter has a list of different drinks (Classics or Bubbly or Stir & Drink or Citrus...), you can tell theyreally put effort into the menu and each drink is a different story of flavors. We tried the Chef's choice and it was amazing!Definitely come back to try other food items as well. Our servers were really friendly but was not attentive at times, it'sunderstandable because the bar was full when we were there. Seating were limited and you might have to share the couch area withanother group which was fine with us. Read more
