In addition to being an awesome pasta place it\'s also a year round mini-farmers market. The only negative experience I\'ve had... is when a couple specks of walnut shell made it into the pesto but in their defense I\'ve had the same thing happen in the stuffI\'ve made at home as well. Their fresh pasta comes in many variations, including whole wheat. It is delicious and very reasonably priced. Cheaper in fact... than the well know Seattle brand\'s fresh pasta found in our local grocery stores.\n\nThe recommended cooking time is 3 minutes. I always shock my pasta after cooking, and I found 4 minutes to be much better with plenty of tooth remaining. Read more
