Look, this chicken is somewhat pricey but it is well worth the cost for how good it tastes. 25% cheaper then KFC and 200% better... taste. Recommend trying if you want chicken and are indecisive about where to go. Don't let being inside a Chevron fool you...it's awesome! Read more
After reading some of the Google reviews, I decided to give this place a chance..went and picked up fried chicken for lunch.... They ran out of chicken breast when I was there around 11:30am. And yes.. it's inside of the gas station. I picked up the 8piece dark meat and 2 biscuits. The thighs were amazing.. not dry at all. The drumsticks were pretty dry though. The flavor isamazing. You can tell they marinaded the. Hickenlooper for a while because you can see it into the bones! Never have I seen thatbefore in any chain fried chicken places. It was greasy (c'mon, it's fried chicken! ), but not as greasy as Ezell's or KFC. Thebiscuits were kinda dry and crunchy, a bit disappointed. I tend to like biscuits that aren't dry...but the flavor was good. Iwould definitely come back here when I'm craving fried chicken. Read more
For being midnight and a gas station, chicken was both crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Better than KFC, for sure
