Good but ordered through Uber eats and they forgot my 2 sides of Macaroni salad
Gloopy rice and not all ingredients listed on the menu were included in the bowl.
Spicy tuna bowl was good. Great selection for toppings and sauces. Wish they had avocado
Update: Given communication from the owner and the way that the issue was resolved, I'm changing my review to 5 stars. The food... is wonderful and the staff are friendly and competent. Due to some bad luck, we managed to catch them on two rough nights. Afterthe events of my original review, we went to the Fremont store and they were happy to fill our order when provided with proof ofpurchase. I still don't think I'd recommend using their online ordering, at least for this location, but I have been back inperson since then and the food and service were as excellent as I've come to expect from Just Poké! --- Original review(4/23/22): Last Sunday we ordered online and they canceled our order. The gal at the counter tried to call me...by calling theorder number as a phone number. Turns out they were sold out of everything. We finally got the money refunded yesterday. Decidedto risk ordering online again tonight, and when we arrived they were closed. Absolutely terrible service and very disappointingas the first couple of visits to this location were fantastic and I've always had good experiences at the Fremont location. Foolme once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me I suppose. I won't be ordering ahead from this location again. Read more
Fresh ingredients and great poke bowls. The boba is great too. Would highly recommend, this place slaps
The staff who helped us was very friendly, and made our bowls and bubble teas in a timely manner. The fish and toppings all... looked fresh and delicious. I'm giving this 4 stars as both of the bowls we purchased were on the dry side. With more sauce,they would've been perfect. Our bubble teas from DIY Tea Lab were great. Fresh soft tapioca, and lots of choices for flavors andcombinations. We will definitely be back for both. Read more
