This place is great! Smoothies + bowls are tasty and healthy. None of the nonsense that other chain juice/smoothie shops put in... their products. Only whole, fresh foods. I really want to give it 5, but the owner is short and snippy half the time! The other half, he's actually friendly and nice, so... you never know what you're going to get. He's either really friendly, or acts like you're a big inconvenience and he can't waitto get rid of you. Unstable moods are too confusing. It's a very good juice and smoothie place, but I'm having a difficult time trying to justify the price. $10 + tax + tip for 12... oz of smoothie. I get that it's organic and hand processed and local, but phew, next time I'll probably just stop by my localfarmer's market and blend the fruit myself, because this place is good, but no drink is THAT good. But, hey, if you're rich andhave money to burn, there are definitely worse ways to spend it. Very tasty juices! I normally make my own back home, but since I?m visiting for a short while, I ordered the Very Veggie... six-pack with KAL, Red Rescue, Veg Out, and Green Queen. I love that they come in reusable glass bottles that I can return. Allof these tasted extremely fresh and were not-too-sweet (my preference). The owner was kind enough to pack me a large jug ofwater as well. I?ll definitely be back to order more and try their açaí bowls! Read more

Ordered an açaí bowl and blueberry smoothie for my girlfriend and I, but both received the same fruit mix, despite ordering... two completely separate items. To start, we were the only two in line, and the worker forgot our order, thereby taking 15-20 minjust to make two items (that were in fact one, bland, tasteless mixture). Avoid the protein powder?the flavor resembled sawdust.Overall, the food was overpriced and unflavorful and cafe experience distinctly underwhelming. Read more
I've had thousands of smoothie bowls in dozens of cities, and have to say the Açaí bowl at Juisala is one of the best, if not... THE best. Such freshness, care, and attention to detail goes into these offerings. Worth the wait when the line gets long. Read more
