I love joli! They always have something cool playing in the projector or awesome vinyl spinning djs on the weekends. The chicken... sandwich is one of the best I've ever had. And they are slowly teaching me to love gin! Definitely recommend this neighborhoodgem. Read more

My girlfriend and I visited last Friday at about 8.30PM. After putting the menus down (indicating we were ready to order), we... were ignored by basically all of the staff. I tried catching our server's gaze, and saw them chatting with the chefs. Afterabout 15 minutes, we stood up and left. The worst part was seeing how a server sat a couple in our table as we were leaving.Never felt so unwelcomed. Read more

The food was wonderful. The drinks were craftfully thoughtful, service was a delight. Definitely a fun spot for a date night or... just to enjoy a night of finer things. Read more

First experience was brunch here and it was spectacular. The atmosphere was friendly and the service was impeccable. That all... changes in the evening. Fast forward two years: the rearrangement of the dining space means that there is a massive DJ box inthe corner and the service has been oddly gruff a couple of times. The cocktails are still great but the prices of the foodcompared to the portion and quality has drastically declined. The place is typically relatively empty when I have walked bywhich was not the case before. I had hoped this would have been a cute neighborhood spot but it ends up being cramped andexpensive for what you get. Read more

This place is amazing!!!! We stopped here on a recommendation from a friend, who knew we liked gin drinks and we were definitely... happy here! There are some cleverly creative gin cocktails- variations of popular cocktails with other liquors (Joli OldFashioned) and unique twists on traditional gin cocktails (Final Thought = The Last Word). Beyond the cocktails- the food isgreat, too!!! We ordered the fried green beans (yum!), fried chicken sandwich & burger. All amazing! But dessert blew us awaywith their panna cotta & Portuguese donuts (see the pic!). We are definitely coming back to check out more drinks & food!!! Ifyou aren't local (walkable), call ahead. But it's worth the drive/Uber ride!!!! Read more

They need some pizza lessons. I was once a pizza chef and I can promise you they're doing it wrong. This tastes like red baron... or something else from a box. Way too salty and oily, cheese has bad mouthfeel, sauce not spiced and crust burnt and hard(tastes like burnt popcorn.) Really really not good :( Read more

Really adorable gin bar with a well curated, tasty menu. The food is served tapas style and is a great place to visit with a... group of friends. I recently had the beet risotto and a delicious Spanish-style gin and tonic. Highly recommend this place ifyou are near Ballard or Fremont! Read more

Not for the picky eaters. But for those of us who feel like living an adventure you better put this place on your list of places... to eat. It's a wonderful experience of flavor and out of this world drinks. You won't have gin like this anywhere else. And forthe average veggie avoidant (like my boyfriend) you will find yourself gobbling down those Brussel sprouts you fed to your dogwhen you were five. The chicken sandwich would kick Chick FIL A in their unmentionables as for the small price of 15 bucks yougo all the way down to flavor town along with a kings ransom of delicious fries. The sauces are those of which you would have totry to believe how incredible they are. Out of the THOUSANDS of restaurants in the Seattle area.. this is a must TRY. Read more
