I got back to my office and discovered they had made me the worst sandwich I've ever had in my life. I didn't have the time to... take it back. There was literally nothing on it except a few sad slices of turkey. Also, the woman working there (alone) wassuper rude. I've only been to JJ a few times in my life but that was surely the last. Hard to find in the Columbia Tower maze. Sandwich was the usual Jimmy John quality. Over staffed at the time of my visit. One of... the few Jimmy John's where the employees could care less that you're in their shop. No place to sit and no napkins to be found. Read more
Employees are consistently bad at their jobs. They chat inappropriately while making sandwiches, forget delivery orders,and... generally make it clear that you're bothering them by being there. Great place for a quick sandwich as long as you don't mindincorrect ingredients and lack of respect. This is not a fluke. This happens every time. Read more

50 / 50 chance of having a decent sanny. Wheat bread looks defeated. Too much sloppy mayo and never add peppers when I ask! ... Always have to go back. People are nice, music is good. As far as JJ sannys go, they are the worst of any JJ I've been to. Worked in the building for a while so I hit it a few times... Now avoid after too many fails. Didn't even finish my last one. Just a terrible store. I walked in behind 1 person. No one else was there as a customer. An employee walked out and left 1... employee. He seemed very lost. It took him a good 5 mins to ring up the person in front of me then he took my order. He stoodaround for awhile and looked at the sub making counter for another 5 mins or longer. He finally decided to make the person'ssub in front of me. After that he looked at the counter for a few more mins then walked into the back area. No kidding! Therewas literally no one left in the the store. I left and bought food downstairs. I guess I'm out a sub and the money I paid. Read more
