Rude staff and not willing to help. I went there at 18.30 and they had their door closed. So I waved to someone inside to ask... him about the working hours. He came out very annoyed and said well Google shows we open at 11. Google also shows that theyclose at 19.00 which he conveniently left out. That attitude alone will lose you customers. This is by far the worst jj i have been to the line was long i waited 10 minutes for my sandwich thought they were suppose to be... fast when they called out the sandwich u could barely hear them i use to work at a jj years ago so i kno this is not how theytrain ppl they are short staff for that location ridiculous and i feel bad for jj do better Read more

Jimmy John's is one of my favorite sandwich shops, but I've had quite a few negative experiences at this location. I was... actually told that standing under the pickup sign is not the correct place to pickup an order as an excuse for my presence notbeing acknowledged by anyone for over 12 minutes. After trying this location out a few times on various days, I just think it'snot the best go-to for an Jimmy John's experience. Read more

Impeccable service! I had ordered lunches for a large business meeting for our managers from another caterer, unfortunately our... order was inexplicably cancelled. Jimmy Johns was able to get lunches for 25 together and delivered in just 20 minutes. Everyonewas well pleased with their meal and the variety provided. Thank you Jimmy Johns! Read more
I would love it if they could just leave the pickup order names clear and visible so I can just walk up and grab it, rather than... awkwardly waiting and looking over the counter or asking somebody who won?t always come to you. Read more
