The Head b*&$ is rude, she yells with an aditude at customers like she's at home. Maybe I'll find another place to eat ????... 8/30/22 went there for lunch (no more) all the female workers are rude this place is filled with rude people working there, Iasked how much longer for my sandwich and the response I got was "you want your money back " and some sarcastic remark about measking .THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH MY TIME AND MONEY TO JUST GET ASSAULTED BY RUDE PEOPLE.. Never received sandwich ordered for delivery. After an hour, I noticed that the online tracker indicated the order was still... marked for ?order received? without progress?and upon calling the store, the phone was off the hook. After about 2 hours, I gaveup hope and went elsewhere for lunch. Already submitted feedback to website and looking for a refund for this waste of time andmoney! Read more

Ordered a sandwich over an hour ago and am still waiting... judging by other reviews, I shouldn't have ordered from this... location. Apparently the "freaky fast" concept doesn't apply to this location. I hope I get my sandwich (that I ordered forlunch) before dinner. Fml. Update: It has now been 2 hours since I ordered and I am still waiting for my single sandwich toarrive (with no idea when it will). Perhaps JJ should develop a simple "wait time" that is location specific for customers tosee prior to ordering to enable the customer to decide if they want to proceed or not. If I would have known it would be 2+hours before I got my sandwich I would have chosen not to order. Read more
Had a great experience with this place! So glad to have options in downtown Seattle. We all had the Italian sub and it was so... fresh, full of meat and cheese.... I actually left myn plain (without V/o) and loved it!! The bread was so fresh, that I didnot need the dressings. Everyone else slathered theirs up and were raving about its freshness and amt of meat. I ordered it forour whole office after our meeting and can not wait for this to be delivered tomorrow! I truly am craving this sandwich!! Wewill be into the store I am sure..sooner rather than later. They are so customer service oriented, easy to work and were atrue pleasure!! Excited to have this in our backyard!!! Read more
Good sandwich and fast service, but minus one star for not offering delivery and minus one star for not offering sprouts
