Used Uber eats to place my order to my work which was right across the street. I waited over a hour for my sandwich. Checked the... Uber eats app and I had a message to call Jimmy John's. I was told that their only driver had been in a accident and that myorder couldn't be delivered. I contacted Uber eats and they said sorry we can't issue a refund. This branch called me and let me know they could not fulfill my order for 80 people 30 minutes before it was supposed to be... picked up. I placed the order online 24 hours in advance. The manager said they DID NOT have meat, cheese, veggies, or breadready.... All they could offer me was a later pick up with 80 BLTs. This was absolutely frustrating and confusing. Why didn'tthey call me a day in advance when I placed the order to let me know that could not complete my order? I then cancelled my order(20 minutes before pick-up) and asked to receive a confirmation email of my voided large order and that the refund has beenprocessed - but I have not received anything to date.
