I don?t know how this location is still in business. There is a standard 1-2 hour wait for delivery. The last JJ location I... loved by would deliver within 6-8 minutes. I am currently waiting for a sandwich and am past the one hour mark. Read more
Last 2 times I have gone in the lady at the front counter has been very rude and the food was extremely late. I love JJs but... this location is the very worst for speed Update- Still go here because there are no other options. Every online order I have placed for pickup generally takes 40 minutes or more to complete. Not really living up to the "Freaky... Fast" slogan. My colleague also placed an order for delivery and it showed up 4 hours later AFTER she called to inquire aboutit TWICE. No refund, discount, or apology was given for the inconvenience. Zero stars. Not sure if they are under new management but this location has gone downhill fast. Rude staff and slow delivery... times, after 1 hour of waiting I called for an update and the person tried to put me on hold but "accidentally" hung up on me,called again and she said that all orders are out for delivery so be with you shortly.... After 2 hours of waiting I orderedlunch from somewhere else and it was delivered within 15 minutes. Looks like they eventually cancelled my order after 3 hoursas they were busy as I haven't been charged, but the app still says it's out for delivery. Maybe a soggy sandwich will turn uptomorrow. Will not be using this location again, better options available locally for lunch. Read more
Honestly a terrible experience every time. Im only writing this because i have a bad experience literally every time and this is... one of the few places available to eat for lunch nearby. They are always freaky slow even if you order online and wait forliterally an hour. The manager is also extremely combative when you ask the most simple questions. I wasnt even mad or upsetjust asked a calm simple question and the manager literally yelled at me to the point that the other employee helping me quietlyapologized and even started arguing with her on my behalf and over absolutely nothing!! This will be my last time getting JimmyJohns for lunch. Read more
It was my first time in jimmy jones, I had ordered number 8, which was roast beef and ham. And I am not American to know that... Dijon is the mustard. Since my childhood the mustard hasn?t been what I like. When I told that to them, I got no response.Shortly, the service was terrible, who knows maybe it was only there, but it was my first experience with this restaurant. Andby the way, subway or any other places which provides sandwiches are way better. Just my own opinion. Thanks. Read more
Do not order from here. Everytime I come they screw my order up. Only person in The place and it's wrong. Worst is, I order this... sandwich for after my restaurant shift and I get home and to my dismay it's not what I ordered. Read more
