The coffee wasn?t up to my standards. The staff was nice though and they have good seats inside.

Definitely one of my favorite spots! They have crepes and in expensive ( in my opinion) Red Bull Italian sodas. They have nice... staff, perfect spot before taking the train Read more

Edit: they\'ve improved quite a bit and it wasn\'t so bad but since they have been closed for over a week now they are likely... permanently closing.\n\nI do usually have slightly above expectations of coffee shops but have gotten more relaxed about it overthe years but getting a coffee this morning with a bunch of grounds in it rather isn?t how you want to start a Monday especiallywhen you spend nearly $8 on the drink (a couple extra shots of espresso) not including tip? Chai is made from a powder, spicy Chai is anything but spicy.\nAsked for black pepper because it was too sweet and the server... didn\'t bother to check why, just said no and turned her back went to the sink.\nDumping the drink and not going back. Read more

Definitely the worst mocha I?ve had in Seattle. They didn?t have cream cheese for the bagels, and their avocado bagel wasn?t... good. They didn?t listen to our order of no tomato on the sandwich. The aesthetic of the place was troublesome too. Read more

I\'ve had my eye on this Cafe for years now. I desire for this place to live up to it\'s full potential. I thought it was being... missed because of the Starbucks across the street but since it has closed for months now I can see that wasn\'t the case. I willcontinue to visit when I can between trips on the train and hope the summer will maybe bring back concerts and a more busyatmosphere. I enjoy the chai and occasional sandwich and I me and my kids like the couches and the few WiFi access. I invitemore people to come through because the service is great and the offerings are nice. Been here a couple times now, the boba is a bit inconsistent. The first time it was good, this recent trip was ok. I?ve also... stopped by when they should be open according to google but weren?t open. I wish they had longer hours/opened on the weekends.Otherwise, they has solid drinks when I?ve been able to catch them, and I?ll be back. Read more

I first heard of Jewel Cafe because I am a frequent visitor to Jewel Box Cafe up in Northgate (the one at Thornton Place). This... location is owned by the same lovely people. This location is in a good spot, since it is right next to the Mt. Baker light railstation and major bus routes. This is important to me since the cafe general manager allowed me to hang up my art for the month. This is something this cafe will do every month. Such an awesome opportunity for local artists!\nOverall, highly recommend thefood and drinks, they have sandwiches, breakfast wraps/sandwiches, bubble tea, tea, coffee, and more! Read more
