I was in Seattle on business. I wanted to try something local and Jerk Shack popped up on the list, it had great reviews so... thought I’d give it a chance. Glad I did! Once I walked in I was greeted and sat at the bar. The manager, who also was thebartender, was friendly and attentive, even when they were getting busy. The food was amazing! I had the Jerk chicken burritowith a side of plantains. Great spice on the burrito and the plantains were cooked perfect. I also got a blue Caribbean, musttry! 10/10!! I wish I caught the managers name, but shout out to her for creating a great atmosphere!! If you are in the area, definitely have to stop by for some amazing food a great vibes! Read more

The flavors were remarkable ! The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing.Something about a place to hold your bag while at the bar was also pretty nice and convenient place for tourist or any sort ofbag. Read more

The balance of spice is near perfection! Everything is packed with flavor! Rich, spicy, savory, sweet, it hits them all. While... the chicken is a staple, a must try is the ribs, they will not disappoint! The bartender Nick is a true person of craft! Thecocktails were top notch and specially curated! An amazing business and amazing staff! A must try when in Belltown. Read more

Came with an appetite, left with leftovers??? Ambiguous? Yes. It's been years since I've visited this location. Previously I... didn't care their food. Fairly dry and the jerk spice was overpowering. Fast forward, not much has changed about their interiordecor. It's always been nice. The location is great as well, but parking can be a hassle like most seattle joints. What gooddrinks and music bumping, haha, yea that happens here. Now about the food. I ordered the boneless jerk chicken. My partnersordered the seafood pasta and the boneless chicken as well. I can say I'm glad I gave this place a second chance. My food wasgreat. Juicy, great balance of flavors, the jerk was not to overpowering for me. It would be nice if they gave you the option. Icould have taken more spice but honestly was more that happy with the spice levels this time around. With that said, havingleft overs in this case is a great thing. So goad i get to warm this back up later tonigth. I'm sure I'll be back. Until nexttime.... maybe I'll finally check out their back patio for once. Read more

One of the easiest reviews of my life. We ordered the boneless jerk chicken. This was the best jerk chicken I've had in my... entire life. Period. The chicken with a juicy with a solid outer crunch. The white sauce balances the heat from the jerkseasoning. The side of sweet plantains were also tasty and complimented the meal. The rum punch was strong but was verysweet. Our host was also courteous and amazing. 5 star. Hands down you must try if you are in Seattle. Read more
