Jebena Cafe is small, but the owner and food are the reasons why we always come back. The owner is usually the one serving the... food, she always has a smile on her face and has such a friendly nature. She?s always so happy when she hears customers tellingher that they enjoy the food, so you can tell she has a lot of pride in her restaurant! The food itself is always delicious andlarge portions. This place is fantastic. My partner and I shared the jebena combo, and when the menu says it's good for three people, it is... speaking truth -- we couldn't finish! The plate has the lamb, chicken, minced beef, and beef tibs, and the tibs are a realstandout! The lamb was also fantastic, as were all the sides. I've had Ethiopian before and this place is up there with some ofthe best! Generous portions, amazingly friendly service, and fantastic prices. Definitely try the samosas, they were flakey andperfect, super stuffed full of delicious filling, and the spicy sauce with it was delicious! This is a lovely establishment. The owner is a really kind person, and the food is very good. The Qatena is a good appetizer-... I'd say it would feed 3-4 people (appetizer amounts). I got the Jebena combination with two of my friends, and I have to saythat though all of it was delicious, the Doro Wot and the Beef Tibs were my favorites. Excellent service, excellent food.
