Ignoring the somewhat unsavory area, this jack in the box is alright. It's quick, has a big menu, and is cheap. That being said,... there are many places to eat nearby that are similarly affordable, and frankly better. If you can get a good discount from theapp, then this could be worthwhile. Read more

Woman in drive thru only spoke broken English, and when we asked most questions she only replied back in another language. She... didn't know what ingredients came on the burgers, and just kept saying welcome to "Jack in the box" and "I don't know." Shewouldn't ask anyone else. We pulled up to the window in hope of better communicating with her. However she just ignored is andtook the next person's order. We just had to leave and go to a different restaurant. Read more

Frankly, I?m shocked in reading other reviews that a person can actually obtain food from this establishment. After a year of... trying to convince me to try a Jack In The Box, my boyfriend and I selected this one at random while in need of a quick bite ona road trip. We pull into the drive-through, and another car is actually backing out in front of us. I guess that should havebeen a good enough clue, but we pulled in a little more and we see a solid crowd of 7 people having one Heck of acomfortable-looking conversation at the window with a cashier. I proceed to break out into uncontrollable laughter, and myboyfriend tries to hush me as an indecipherable voice comes through the speaker. Twice he tries to order some milkshakes, fries,and?never got to anything else. They never heard fries, I?m fairly certain. They were clearly furious at us for wasting theirvaluable time. They were busy with their conversation! I keep laughing, my boyfriend pulls forward a few more feet, apologizes,and says he will make it up to me later. We start to put it together - the walk up act at the window, the destroyed restaurantmenu, the poor to nonexistent radio service, the cashier acting like we never should?ve driven up in the first place?is thiseven a place whose actual purpose is to sell food? According to the other reviews, yes! But you might not want it. After acouple of minutes and no more cars showing up he put the car in reverse and we were out of there. If I could give 0 starts I would. The customer service is 0, they are passive aggressive. She didn?t know what we?re talking... about so she yelled to come to the window. She also gave us half of our food we ordered (half fries, half chicken poppers)literally almost nothing in the boxes. I never had this problem at any jack in the box but here. We paid full price for lessthan half. Would NOT recommend???? Read more
