Typical IHOP breakfast. Pleasant food. Good service from busy staff. My frustration: only one HANDICAP parking spot and no... reasonable place for loading. Getting a wheelchair out and set up in a tight squeeze of a loading zone is difficult. Not onlydo you have to get the chair out but then work it around the car and to a ramp area. The service is good and the taste is good. I ate ricotta cheese blueberry pancakes from the new menu and they are delicious.
