Tried the tonkatsu curry and it was much better than expected. They offer a spicier version for an extra dollar which I paid... for. It was kind of spicy with a good broth base and full flavor. Would probably get this again when we?re back in the area. Mydaughter will always eat their karage and their ramen is also good. The wait time on a Friday night was not great, though. Ittook us over an hour to be seated. Read more

It says Michelin Star, so we ordered Miso Ramen and upgraded it with Casiu Combo. We also order Hojicha Tea. Overall, ramen was... just okay I think there are better places out there but their Hojicha Tea was great! Read more

Always so delicious when I come here. I got the tsukemen which was so flavourful and the noodles where perfectly Al dente. Would... recommend this place to any ramen lover! Staff are also very nice and our food came relatively fast. Read more

When my group arrived there was a 80-110 minute wait, but it was definitely worth it for us. The menus were on the table as QR... codes but the format of the online menu was easy to navigate and presented well. The food was great! They offer many flavors andsizes of ramen, and if your order doesn't come with something you want (say, an egg), you can always order it on the side soyou'll have it! If you have less time, I suggest ordering to go. Highlights from this menu include the mazemen and the misoramen. Read more

Wonderful rich Ramen broth and firm noodles. I wished I was hungrier but time willing, a visit again soon and again after will... complete my menu discovery plans. Chef keeps debuting new menu items to make your mouth water, and I'm sure happy to come back. Read more

My quest for a soul satisfying Vegetarian Ramen in Seattle ends here. Their Vege Ramen broth was so creamy and rich. Not much... Umami flavor but that?s alright. The noodles have a little chew to them and delicious. My husband had the Negi Namban ramen andabsolutely loved it. It has a nice kick to it. Service was also wonderful. We will be going back soon. If you come on weekend, do expect a long wait time. We waited about 45min before we got seated. Both of the dishes were great... but was slightly disappointed that they ran out of salmon roes so I couldn?t get the ikura gohan with the combo. Read more

Tried spicy and non-spicy miso ramen. Love the soup very much. Noodle texture was just nice, not too chewy but not too soft as... well. Read more
