I just bout the best soup I have ever had in my life. This butternut squash soup is delicious. It has hints of ginger in it that... I wasn?t sure about at first taste but the more I eat the better it is. It?s got the consistency of apple with a kick. I loveit. I got the Raptor smoothie as well. It was a little watery but that is bound to happen when it?s delivered. Read more

The food here is good. It?s nice to have a healthy fast food option in the neighborhood. At the same time I must seriously warn... others with allergies that the current system to pass down life threatening information does not work here. My 3 year old isseverely allergic to nuts and seeds. Yesterday I spoke with the representative at the order counter, stating my son is severelyallergic to nuts and seeds. I asked what he recommended we order. He offered the Avo-Berry Kaleslaw bowl without the cashews andcashew cream. We even checked the marinated kale ingredients to be sure and chose an olive oil with vinegar dressing. I thankedhim very much for going over all of the details with me. Upon receiving the bowl I asked again, ?I just have to make sure, thisbowl does not have nuts or seeds?? This is a habit I have formed. I was assured it did not by two staff members. Mid meal my 6yr old said he saw a nut in our 3 yr old?s bowl. I dug into the dish and found cashews throughout. I immediately brought thefood to the front counter while I started shaking and tears fell. The representatives said the information got lost in the lineof staff members. The kitchen is on display and there are about five people working at a time. I do not believe this should everbe an excuse. I?d rather restaurants say ?We unfortunately cannot accommodate these allergies? instead of risking someone?slife. I thankfully don?t believe my son ate a cashew (he?s a slow eater) or we likely would have gone straight to the ER.However this led him to repeatedly say his stomach hurt. We gave him Zyrtec. About 3 hours later he finally got a lot of thefood out of his system. The night was full of him crying from stomach cramps, tossing and turning. I of course feared the worstand can?t help thinking this all was easily preventable. We left right after I spoke with the staff as I needed to get someair. The manager, Monica called us to apologize and refunded our order. She said they will have an Read more

Always closed without any notices online. Once I finally went and they were actually open, they forgot to add cacao to both... smoothies in my order. I think they might?ve been out, but it would?ve been nice to know so I could get a substitute ingredient. Read more

Amazing service, very yummy food. I feel like the containers could have been a little larger with some more grains in them, they... were nice and full which made it a bit hrs to eat without making a mess, but that?s a pretty weak complaint really I was superhappy with the whole experience. I can't live without HeartBeet. I've been a loyal patron since their Ravenna days before they moved to Queen Anne. Every visit... has been spectacular and delicious. This place isn't cheap but it's worth the healthier choice. My favorites are their varietyof vegan desserts, especially their pies. I can't live without their flu buster warm drink in the fall and winter months. Theyjust make it perfect and spicy. I enjoy their miso soup all their warm bowls and the coconutty smoothie ????. I highly recommendyou visit, if you're in a pinch and can't make these vegan items at home. Read more

This cafe is such a treasure! I ate here often throughout med school (back when it was Thrive Cafe), and over 10 years later,... they're still offering delicious, high-quality food for an insanely good price. If you've not been and you're a fan ofnutrient-dense whole food-based meals, you'll love it. If you're a fan of hearty portions of well balanced nutrient-richdeliciousness, you'll love it. If you're a fan of meat and only meat, well, you probably won't love it, but...you might like it?Give it a try! Special kudos to the staff at the Queen Anne location for superior customer service! I love this place so much. I particularly like the Awaken and the Thai bowls, but I want everything on the menu! The ginger... lemonade is also splendid. I recommend getting the large size, always: $2 more for a lot more food. You can order online too! Ijust wish there was a location in the South. Any time I'm in the area though, I make a point of stopping here. I've also sharedthis place with just about everyone I love. Read more
