We came here closer to closing time (8ish). They didn?t have the beef shawarma anymore and the salad on my plate looked a bit... different then the one on the google pictures I saw. Probably because they were out too. I ended up getting the chicken shawarmaand it was good, nothing out of this world. The staff was really friendly and approachable. I was visiting Seattle from Costa Rica and wanted to try a Gyro, something I had never eaten before. Not only it was delicious... and with a great size, the service was amazing, the gentleman who serve me was polite, kind and welcoming. This place was great. I enjoyed my gyro sandwich. The flavor was on point. Their fries were also very good although there was... too much sauce on the Greek fries. My only complaint is the baklava. It wasn?t as good as other places I?ve had. But the ownerwas super nice, food was prepared fresh and quickly, and I would definitely recommend this mom and pop shop. Read more
My fiancé and I tried this place out spontaneously on a weekend and the service here is so kind and friendly plus the food is... delicious! We got treated to free desserts to try to our surprise, which is wonderful for people like me who are usually unsureabout trying new things, and they were delicious! I will definitely buy some the next time I come. I love the classicMediterranean plates but they also have Mediterranean-style pizzas and burgers as well. Definitely recommend to anyone lookingfor a go-to Mediterranean spot in the neighborhood. Read more
The owner and employees are incredibly welcoming, nice, and thorough! I live very close and come here often and the two times... they took a little longer with completing my order, they either gave me free fries or a drink of choice. This is, in my opinion and experience, the absolute best place to get lunch on the west side of Lake Union. I love this place... and try to visit at least once a week. Everyone here is exceptionally kind, and a lot of love and enthusiasm goes into theirfood. The portions are always generous, prices are competitively low for the area, and the space itself is very clean andwelcoming. The lamb shawarma is so divine that it sells out regularly: I've had it in sandwich, plate, and (Holy Land) pizzaform and I enjoy them all. I highly recommend their gyro as well: they use a really pleasant umami-bomb stewed tomato sauce fortheir gyro sandwich that makes it unique compared to your run of the mill gyro. Most everything comes loaded with tons of freshvegetables: I haven't even tried any of their salads since they are so generous with vegetable portions overall. As a sidenote, if you are eating in or picking up, I would definitely suggest adding on an order of samosas: they are very delicious,crispy, and nicely spiced. Read more
Everything from this place has been delicious - pizza, gyro plates, fries, samosas (you can only order these in store, not... online), baklava. The food is fresh and the meat is tasty. Most of all, the customer service is outstanding. The manager isfriendly, hardworking, always happy to meet the needs of customers and offer compensation if the experience was less thansatisfactory. I've brought friends here as well and we all loved the food. Highly recommend it to others and hope they neverclose. It's my new favorite place and go to spot for Mediterranean food (we need more in Seattle)! Read more
I ordered a falafel wrap from Gyro and More and the food was very fresh and delicious! The owner said it was his grandmother?s... recipe so it was authentic Middle Eastern food. The workers were all v friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place foranyone looking a lunch spot or casual takeout dinner. Will def be back :)! Read more
