Had about a 30 minute wait on a Friday morning but it was certainly worth it. My friend from out of town had the smoked salmon... benedict while I had the Aaron's Special. Portions were very generous! Despite how busy it was, the wait staff was veryattentive and friendly. Proof of vaccination and masks are required, which only makes me love Glo's more. Read more
Full disclosure, I LOVE breakfast food. My friend and I did a lot of googling research to find the perfect place for our first... breakfast here in Seattle. And I feel like we selected a great spot! The atmosphere is lively and the staff was very friendly.Although it was basically a full dining area, we got a table and I ordered the breakfast "B" plate; French-Toast topped withfruits, choice of meat(I chose ham) and an egg any style! It says a lot about a place if they can't do a simple breakfast. Withmine being so simple, they executed it perfectly! Definitely coming back here with a few extra friends on my next trip toSeattle! Finally got a seat at this place in my third visit. There's such a long wait during brunch hours, so we decided to go at 1.30 am... and to my surprise all the tables got full within half an hour. The food absolutely lives up to the hype. Veggie frittata andwaffle were just amazing, very well cooked and perfectly seasoned. Will come back for sure. Read more
Been coming to Glo's for almost a decade now and saying that makes me realize how consistent the restaurant is: I've never had a... bad meal and each time the food has been as excellent as the last. I don't come often, though, so when I do visit, my group andI always order the same: Salmon egg scramble, waffle with fruit, and eggs Benedict. Portions are huge, ingredients are highquality and fresh, and they don't skimp on the salmon or fresh fruit. Downside? Yeah, there's a long wait. And the restaurant issmall and gets cold in the winter. But the food never disappoints and the wait staff are very pleasant. This will remain ourbreakfast spot as long as we live in the Seattle area. It's a strange set up, but that is to be expected from a pop up. Staff was very nice and the menu, though minimal, was... excellent. The waffle in particular was one of the best I have had in quite a while. Read more
