Great atmosphere, and loved all the non alcoholic options they had on the menu. The food tasted alright but the "chicken"... (seitan) was too chewy and not cut into chunks. So in the "chicken" Caesar salad and buffalo "chicken" sandwich you had tobasically slurp down one long continuous strip of seitan noodle. It would've been much more appetizing if they had prepared it alittle better. Also wish they served a side of fries instead of just tortilla chips. I used to frequent the Highline when it was still open. So happy that owner kept a similar menu to the original when taking over... Georgetown Liquor Co. Vegan fare, metal music what's not to like. Hands down the best vegan pub fare that I know of. Personal favorite is the French... dip with a side of potato salad. Also a nice selection of beers and a full bar. Worth checking out even if your not plant based. Read more

Go here for the potato salad alone! Tasty vegan potato salad is a rarity in my experience, but this place does it right. Better... than non-vegan potato salad! Georgetown has a punk vibe. Its located away from the downtown area so there's no crazy traffic to deal with, a true local... joint. The food is delicious! I'm not vegan and I didn't feel deprived.
