My favorite bakery! Pastries are still crisp but soft even in the afternoon. Sweetness is just right. They have croissants,... danish, cheesecakes, macaron, breakfast and lunch sandwiches. I haven't tried any of the drinks but not much variety of coffeeflavors. Very small space but they still have indoor seating. Read more

Wonderful coffee shop and baked goods are amazing too. Wouldn?t recommend if you?re looking to settle down for the day with your... laptop. Inside only has four small tables so would recommend for folks that want to enjoy their coffee and baked goods for ashort period. Parking is also kinda hard in this up and coming neighborhood. This place was wonderful. Last day of visiting Seattle and we stayed in Beacon Hill. I decided to go early and pick up pastries... for everyone so I got a variety. I immediately knew I wanted one of each of the fruit danish and they did not disappoint. Thecroissant part was flaky and delicious and the fruit tasted like it had just been sliced with no extra sugary glaze on top thatyou sometimes find other places. I also got the savory pithivier (my favorite), some chocolate almond croissants and a blueberrymuffin. The staff was super friendly and helpful as were the customers who seemed to enjoy making suggestions and watching meoverspend on pastries. I highly recommend visiting if you?re in the Beacon Hill neighborhood of Seattle! Read more

I love Fresh Flours on Phinney and was excited to check out this location in Beacon Hill. Unfortunately my croissant didn't feel... super fresh, it was soft, moist and lackluster even though it was 8am on a Saturday. I was really disappointed. Service was ok.Lovely colorful tables and chairs outside. Read more
