One of the best spots in Seattle for poke! They have several locations. I was impressed by the quality of fish and the amount... that you get. It didn't differ from the Belltown location which makes it rather consistent. There's plenty of sauces and fishoptions to choose from, even cooked fish for those who don't like raw fish. I also love coming here for the FOB rice which isbasically green tea infused rice. It makes it stand out from other poke shops. They give you generous portions as well. Theydon't skimp out on the ingredients in terms of quality and quantity. I love that the toppings are unlimited. I get really fulloff one bowl. I could separate one bowl into two meals if I wanted to. Great and fast service. The staff used to be moreaccommodating but I noticed the service has gone done. I try to go out of the way to eat at FOB Poke because it?s just thatgood! Read more

Wanted to give this place a try for a long time. However, I am not very impressed with their Poke bowl. The combo I ordered... was: ? Rice: Half & Half (FOB Rice + Brown Rice) ? Mix: Everything ? Sauce: FOB Poke Sauce + Spicy Mayo ? Protein: GrilledChicken + Spam in protein ? Topping: cherry tomatoes, ginger, seaweed salad, roasted corn, fried garlic and crispy onions. Thereason I have given it 3 stars is that I felt the Poke was a bit dry. I could barely taste the sauces. I couldn?t even taste thespicy mayo or understand what FOB poke sauce was. The protein was also okayish in taste. I hope they add the sauces generouslyin the future. :) Read more

Love this place! Cheap, nutritious meal, served within 5 minutes. One large bowl serves 2. For vegans there's protein in the... form of tofu, beyond crumbles, edamame, chickpea. Plenty of colorful steamed, pickled and fried vegetables to go with it. Manychoices of carb as well. Read more

The best poke I have had in my life! The portions are great, the potions are plentiful and you can sit and eat inside, which is... a rarity these days. The service did make me feel a bit rushed, even though we were the only patrons inside, they did have a tonof to go orders. I even told them we could wait, but it was insistent that we order but then are rushed when trying to make adecision. The unagi had a great flavor but the skin was flabby and unedible to me so I ended up taking it off. They do have somedrinks and offer free infused water as well. They do have an extensive recycling program and I'm here for it. The bathrooms wereclean and it was a nice spot for lunch or a date. The large bowl is big enough for two people for lunch or one hungry person. Read more

Finally got some Poke Bowls that rivaled our favorite place in Durham. All ingredients were fresh and delicious. Sauces were... not too heavy. May be back again this week. Read more
