Great wings and catfish sandwich, fantastic fries. Music was a tad loud for conversation, but it was a good vibe. Took 20... minutes from ordering to receiving the food, and I'd consider it a decent value. This is a good spot to hang out, have goodfood, and have good conversations. Amazing! House made Bloody Mary mix that was the best I?ve had in the city! Everything we ordered was delicious, this will... definitely be in my regular rotation moving forward. Went for brunch on a Saturday afternoon and we had a short wait but it wasworth it! My friend and I split the shrimp and grits and the hot honey chicken biscuit with their sausage gravy on the side. Myother friend ordered the fried green tomatoes eggs Benedict and we all couldn?t stop talking about how good the biscuits were.Even the side salad that came with our meal was legit which I was not expecting as the bulk of the menu reminds me of southerncomfort food. Everything here was amazing! From the service, vibe and of course right down to the food. I had the double chicken thigh... sandwich with mac and cheese on the side with a side catfish. My girlfriend had the chicken and waffles with side biscuit andgravy. When I tell you they do not miss they did not miss!! Chicken perfectly cooked and seasoned. Honey. Butter. Biscuit. Sausage gravy. We got here around 11am with a party of 4 and it was a 1hr wait. A wait that was well... worth it. We ordered a chicken and waffles, eggs Benedict and a fried chicken biscuit sandwich. The food had my taste buds onanother dimension. We came here mainly for the fried chicken and it did not disappoint one bit. The chicken was cooked toabsolute perfection and perfectly seasoned. Every bite was filled with an audible crunch followed by the chicken juice oozingout creating the perfect mouth feel. The meat was juicy and tender. The sausage gravy was creamy and peppery complemented wellwith the honey butter; a perfect combination of sweet and savory. The honey butter glazed biscuits created an extra layer ofcrunch that was promptly absorbed by all the sauces and juices that oozed out with every bite. This is true comfort food. Youpossibly cannot go wrong with any of the options here. Service was great in addition to the warm and welcoming embrace of thiscute little corner store. This place just changed my life. I got the breakfast sandwich with biscuit, egg, fried chicken and gravy. It was amazing, the... biscuit was the perfect texture and the chicken tasted so good. It was literally an out of body experience. My friend got theeggs Benedict with fried chicken. Also amazing and the potatoes looked so unassuming but they were so crispy and melt in yourmouth. I was lucky to find this place by a review from TikTok. My family and I was visiting Seattle for the first time and wanted to... find a good breakfast spot. This spot definitely fit the bill. Everything from the waffles, to the eggs, to thehashbrowns...delicious. Just to let you know there are no reservations but you can call ahead and put your name on the list forseating. Once you get there, just let them know and they will fit you in for seating. We didn?t have too long of a wait afterarriving. The atmosphere is quite charming and the space is very intimate. We received quality service. Parking is not too badon the street. The overall experience at Fat?s Chicken and Waffles was five star the food, drinks, and atmosphere are allexcellent.
