An absolute top notch live music establishment - only gripe is that I didn't discover this place sooner! They hosted the amazing... Miriam Maraavi when I visited, and the music jam is a great event where talented local artists show up and perform jazz numbers.Looking forward to my next visit already! Read more

First time there recently, but the trio was the draw, Jose Gonzales is the best pianist and musician. Egans is nicely crowded,... shared tables was fun, good eats, and lovely ambiance. Enjoyable evening all around Read more

I've been to a lot of venues for live shows. This one is the worst I've ever been to. We sat down at 8:50p. There was one... waitress to serve 45 people. The waitress was literally running back and forth in between us and the stage, constantdistraction. She looked stress out, annoyed and was rolling her eyes on occasion. On top of that, she served tables in front ofus, behind us, to left, to the right, just kept working around us, made no sense how she chose to serve tables. And she couldonly take one table's order at a time, rather than taking a few table's orders. We finally got a drink at 10pm, an hour and 10minutes after we sat down. A few minutes later, the performers announced last song...seriously...I have half a drink left, andhad to drive shortly. I asked the waitress, "Do you always have only one waitness?" Answer, " Yes." Never, never, never goingthe again. Read more

Egan's is my favorite jazz club in Seattle. It's a small, family-run business that was started so that the owners' son could... have a place to perform and it has since grown into a club that features everything from high school jazz combos to nationaltouring acts. The sound in the room is excellent and so are the food and drinks. Read more

Everything here was just okay. If you play or sing jazz, you may love it. They have an open mic on Wednesdays and a good house... band. Only one person waiting tables and she seemed really overwhelmed. The food was luke warm, the drink selection was blah. Read more

I've performed here and been a customer for several years now. I like the fact that the focus is on the music. The acoustics... are fantastic. The menu has gone through many changes and it's probably at its best right now. The owners (Ted and Suzanne) haveput their whole lives into the place and it's turned into my favorite place. Although they sometimes have two servers for theevening, Heather handles a lot of full houses on her own and does a great job. Fully recommend this place. Read more

Went there last night the gentleman accommodated us for seating on short notice guess reservations are preferred. Cups were... never empty and meldavia piano music was wonderful. Prompt and unobtrusive service. Seating is very tight and veryuncomfortable for long shoe. Would advise to upgrade to more comfy tiered seating since there is a stage. Food was delicious. Read more
