Great chocolate chip cookies. Like a soft and crumbly sugar cookie with generous chocolate chips. Small but quality larder with... plenty of tinned fishes perfect for a picnic. Read more

One of the most exceptionally delicious seafood in all of Seattle. They have the freshest fish and the best damn crab cakes in... town. People will tell you it's quite pricey, but I think it's worth every damn penny. They also carry the most unique items intheir pantry. Try the Omnnom Krunch Sea Salt Toffee if you find them in stock. The breads are also another item you want tothrow in your bag for purchase. Read more

This is my go-to spot for oysters in this city. The market - it’s not quite a restaurant or bar - is terrific. The owner has... often been on hand, building up the final meal by telling us a bit about the oysters. Much of it comes from along the coast andsurrounding states as well. It’s great to be able to support a local business and the people who provide it, within thestate. I can’t tell if the fish market with its’ prepared foods is a front for a casual dining spot of the locals in thearea or vice versa. You will be enticed by everything you see that has been hand prepared and carefully placed in the case asyou take your first step in. There’s no wait. Fresh seafood offerings here are locally sourced. And their prepared burgersmade with salmon (feta and seasoning is on point) or crab cakes (a treat!) are usually in the cart of goodies we haul home aftereating dozens of oysters. Their garlic bread is the best. I don’t think that’s something that normally stands out to me. It was memorable. If you get it just right, you can plan dinner, buy some seafood, drinks and salad or smoked fish spread. Indulge a bit for happy hour and leave with all your handpicked favorites. Two birds with one stone: dinner meal in hand and abelly full of fresh oysters. After a month or so following the birth of my son, my husband wanted to take me out to a specialplace. My first thought was “oysters, some beer and maybe a bit of wine!” Then I remembered East Anchor Seafood. There’s no line. No dress code. Undoubtedly, we had to go. No wait and an attentive staff made this an ideal spot for us asnew parents. Convenience and quality rarely go together. This place is, as you will find, a bit off the beaten path. And mostdefinitely unexpected. Go hungry and leave with your garlic bread and salmon burgers in hand, planning ahead for dinner;enjoying a dozen oysters and a glass of sparkling wine and an IPA not a moment before. Yes please and thank you again! Read more

Wonderful, happy people and delicious food. We had the crab tostini and the clam and chorizo dishes. Both were simply... delightful. We love the small shop atmosphere and the personable friendly service. Did I mention that the food is fantastic? Read more
