I ordered 4 items only got 2 out of the 4 things delivery driver said he would come back and deliver it but never did. Called... the store twice and apparently he was on his way. Such nice folks at this location. We ordered a combo deal with two types of pizza (Brooklyn and hand tossed) and the hand tossed... crust was delish. We also go some bread knots and cheese dip which was artery-clogging awesomeness. Thanks team 45th, you havegreat service. Read more
So grossed out. We had a pick up order for two pizzas. We ate the first one and then when we opened the second one there was a... piece missing. Called them to complain, first person put us on hold for awhile, then some guy named Josh came on to question us.At first he said we got an extra pizza that we weren't supposed to get, an old pizza that they had been eating. When we told himwe did NOT get an extra pizza, he seemed to deny that it could have happened, since they didn't still have our pizza in thestore. Look dude, I don't care about about your mystery. Almost a $10 delivery fee? That's ridiculous. Dominos apparently raised their prices recently at an "unprecedented" amount.... Figure out how to NOT raise prices so much, or lose long-time customers. IMO, if you don't raise your quality (which clearly,you haven't), you shouldn't raise your prices. At least not this much. Definitely lost a long time customer. Not worth it. Plus,I've never had a 100% correct order and they don't do contactless anymore (they claim they do). Read more
Order pick up with coupon on app last night. Intentionally choose this store because of good reviews on google. Ended up... surprising me with well cooked pizza with rich toppings. I used to order other domino?s and it?s hard to say why but you canjust feel this store cooks it better. I think they cooked carefully at least and give you enough ingredients for $9.99. Fast delivery and good communication but when I got my food it was cold. Then when I tasted it, it honestly didn't taste like a... cheeseburger pizza. Hell I couldn't even taste the cheese nor the meat. All I taste was this sweetness like somebody pour awhole bag of sugar on to the pizza for seasoning and said there perfection. People at the location were really nice and the pizzas were ready so fast! Unfortunately they didn?t do a quality check and one... of our pizzas was over a third bubbles. Honestly the price is so good we didn?t mind enough to drive back but still not greatsince they make such a big deal of their ?quality check?.
