Great food and drinks, and a fun vibe. We visited during an Oktoberfest weekend and enjoyed some of the specialties. (Pictured... is the schnitzel sandwich.) This place is a bit pricey but definitely still worth a visit! Read more

Had a fair-to-good selection of German draft beer. What I didn't like-- especially for what they charged for a half liter of... beer ($8-10+)--was the down-at-the-heels decor. Well-worn picnic tables, and little else to give the seating area a badly neededlift. Maybe the college kids commonly get rowdy, and damage the furniture. Read more

The food here was consistently disappointing between raw potatoes in potato salad, brown/wilted veg in the cucumber salad, and a... currywurst that was basically just a microwaved hot dog. The only redeeming qualities were the beer and service team. TLDR:Drink, don't eat here. Read more
Good service, good food, and good beer. The price can be a bit high, but for a whole liter of really good beer my vote is that... it's worth it. Also I enjoy the atmosphere, normally quietly lively during evening hours. Always seems to be a spare seat, butnever barren in my experience. I really like this place.
