I can't recall giving a low 1 star to any business but this one deserves it. I walked in, there were 2 customers who were... already helped, then me. The only employee was on the phone. She didn't acknowledge me, didn't motion she saw me, nothing. Icontinued to wait 10 minutes. I left. She was still on the phone. I will never return. I'll buy an espresso and cupcakeelsewhere. Wow! Loved the cupcakes here. I got three with my boyfriend - the cinnamon roll, the apple spice, and the triple berry pie. All... of the them were so so so so so good, especially the apple spice. Hands down the best cupcakes in the Seattle area. The staff is so friendly here! I?ve ordered for birthday parties before and... there hasn?t once been a mix up with my order. If you stop by for just one cupcake they also have coffee and a variety of otherpastries as well in their shop. They even have gluten free options and I like how they source their ingredients locally. Read more
