Delicious cupcakes, coffee and ice cream. Comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
Flavors are hit-and-miss. Some are dry, others great. There is always a fun variety to choose from! Customer service is... lacking. Last time I was there, there was a big 'old fly, making its way from cupcake to cupcake in the display case. Wecommented to one another about it with no response from the staff person. So, we told her directly that there was a fly on thecupcakes. She said, "Yeah, there's not much I can do about that." She didn't even try to shoo it away- Just let it continue itsfeast! Eew!! Typical artesian style, heavy ingredient loading especially with sugar. The cup cakes were a little dry. Two very cute girl... attendants here, one brown & one Euro type. Euro fairly friendly. Brown was decent. The guy manager, i assume, was a littleabrasive and a blocker of sorts. Best time to go is 10:30 am to 12:00 pm or there about or you'll be looking at emptyshelves. They should modify the interior, it does not flow. Having the pride flag is only for tax purposes, no need tobroadcast. Calling a cupcake 'the gay' is a bit much. Cupcakes have no orientation. Cupcakes ain?t all that for their terrible customer service. They don?t even great you or acknowledge when you come in.
Cupcakes are a bit dry and salted caramel frosting is a bit intense. But the cream cheese frosting is dynamite!
Some of the best cupcakes I?ve ever had! What I really appreciate is the fact they change some flavors, but keep fan favorites.... Their lavender cupcake is so unique. I?m glad it?s a permanent item on the menu. I always look forward to June when the Pridecupcake comes out as well. I love the sugar rainbow that comes on it.
