Worst service ever. Waited in the line for 15 minutes to order and were told they're not taking food orders right now, come back... after some time. We come back after 10 mins and are told that we need to get back in the line and that they can't serve us ifwe're cutting the line. So we were to wait in the line twice and wait for 40+ mins in total to order food. And who knows howlong the food would've taken to come out. Decided to go elsewhere to eat after wasting nearly half an hour at this dump. Read more
Definitely my favorite place near UW to get a drink. They have a great seasonal drink menu, as well as pinball, darts, and pool... tables. It's low-key in comparison to some of the bars nearby, which only adds to it's charm. Read more
A long standing fixture of the Ave, it closed for a year and half because of the pandemic but reopened last year under new... ownership. Thankfully they have kept almost all of it the same, from the hours to the decor. Happy hour is 2-5 PM except Sunday(where it's all day) and Monday (where they don't open until 4). Trivia night is on Tuesday. Really, if you frequented the pubin your days at the UW and came back now you'd be hard pressed to say anything significant has changed. They still have halfprice nachos on Monday too. It's a great hangout if you're a UW student or just live/work in the area. Read more

We had an after party with about 40 guests at the College Inn Pub in July. We cannot say enough good things about this place!... The owner, Jen, and manager, Dan, were so accommodating and easy to work with. They set aside time to talk with us one-on-onebefore the event to make sure we had the best experience possible. They made us feel very special on our big day and all ourguests loved the place. Hopefully we have converted some of them into regulars! 10/10 would recommend this place for a greatintimate and laid-back vibe in the summer. Read more

Recently reopened with new owners, but they have been faithful to the original. In fact, for those of you who frequented it... back in the day (which for me was late 80s and early 90s) you probably won't notice anything different. That underground tavernfeel with good beer and bar food. Still has darts. And still has that grimy old condom machine in the men's room, presumably fordecoration only, as its label warns you that anything coming out of it is not to be trusted. Read more
