Probably 4-5 people are waiting for the mobile order along with me. For one of the people, they are late for more than half an... hour. The guard has extremely bad attitude. They tell you to wait, but they don't tell you if you order is prepared or not. When we complain, the guard simply say never come back to the store. Wow, what an amazing cutomer service. Read more
Worst Chipotle I've been to. I just got to downtown Seattle after a flight and I wanted to stop by to eat something. Upon my... arrival, some guy came close and then I realized he was security and told me only to go, how I cannot sit. Then the counter girlsaid only online orders. It wasn't a big deal, I was about to place one until security guy told me I can't sit. And I questionedhim why, he said we are short staffed. I asked him what does this has to do with sitting on a table and he told everyone toleave. Including the people who were in line. Very disappointing, I like Chipotle a lot but never coming back here again. Read more
Unbelievable hospitality in the heart of downtown. Security guard and manager both treated our party of 9 incredibly well,... creating a seating option for us, even when their dining room was closing. Exceptional service and great food! Read more
It?s chipotle, you can?t go wrong with rice meat toppings sour cream gauc. Depending on who is serving you, some give you a good... portions, others not so much, no consistency. But if served right, food is excellent. Read more
This place really surprised me with solid customer service today at lunch (11:40-12:00). I ordered pickup through DoorDash and... got there a bit early. I was immediately asked by the nice lady managing the pickup orders who I was picking up for. She endedup expediting my order despite the arranged pickup time and I got all the ingredients I asked for. The bowl was quite full aswell and the chicken wasn?t dry like mentioned in other posts. There?s also a nice security guard in there. The only issue isthe amount of suspicious activity around downtown seattle. I?d like people to be aware that it doesnt seem very safe here atnight. Didnt even trust eating it threw $80 worth of food away ordered through uber eats on my break at work couldn?t get threw and... when i got off they were closed. They forgot food also very poorly packed. Sauce all over tacos burritos no meat as ypu can seethen gave me half a quesadilla as you can see with the other half empty.
