So I was with a friend waiting for her to finish and appointment and called this store to ask if I order something online, could... they bring it out to me because I had a dog with me. I ordered for pick up, I ordered the guahillo steak, rice and beans. That?s it. For 6 small slices of steak a scoop of rice and... a tiny cup of beans I was charged $15?. What a ripoff why would I ever eat here again? I won?t. Have a picture but I guessgoogle wont let me upload it? seems suspicious lol Read more

5 people in line, took 15 min to get my food. Every single table was dirty, food smeared everywhere and left over food on the... tables. People were walking around looking for a table that was the least dirty to eat. Food was cold, chipotle is usually verygood, this place was a health hazard. I would normally understand if it was related to understaffing, but with 6-7 peopleworking and 10 customers in the building, not sure why it was so disgusting and sub par. I could truly just let this sad little chipotle bowl speak for itself. Slow service, waited over 15 minutes and when I got to... the front of the line I got very small portions of everything. It was also only 7pm and they had run out of veggies andlettuce?! How do you run out of lettuce? It felt like the college kids working there were giving small portions just so theywould have to avoid working harder at keeping things filled. Very disappointed. Ian and the team did a fabulous job making almost $900 worth of catering for our resident event. Everything was done right on... time, they helped load all 7 boxes and 16 bags into my car and the meat and beans were still hot when we set it out for theevent. Kudos to your team. 10/10. Will absolutely recommend and we'll be back soon for another event. Read more

This place sucks! So many employees but only one servicing 15 of us waiting in line. Horrible. OMG!!!! I see 8 employees but... just one taking orders??? People come in and leave right away because of how slow the service is here. Don't come here! What awaste of time! Read more

slow , slow and even slower. The food here is pretty good but over-priced. Wouldn't be that much of a problem if the food... arrived quicker and if the service were friendlier ( sadly it's not ) at this price you'd expect a good experience but you won'tget that here ! Read more

Hi Manager. Please re-train your staff John. He does not know how to explain menu to customer at all. Since we wear masks inside... the restaurant, communication is not easy as before. However, JOHN had not answered customer?s menu question and requestappropriately. We got this as our kid?s meal. John must know what I am talking about. Please train your staff well. Read more
