This was my 1st time eating at a Chipotle and I brought my Wife who had been in before. I think going shortly after lunch time... was the downfall. Because they were completely out of chicken which both of us wanted and We're politely told we would need towait about 10 additional minutes. But being on a time schedule that was not an option. The meat that we ended up going with wasreally nice. They were also out of one of the bean options which would also have been our choice. All the vegetables werepleasant in appearance and in taste. Overall the food taste very good. It was just a disappointment that they were running outof their selection. To be able to sit at a table we also had to clean that ourselves. The person sitting next to us commentedthat they had to clean their own table also. I would definitely go again I just would not go at or around a busy time of day. Read more
I went to this Chipotle and inside were a few people waiting for orders and I was first in line and all of the food in front of... me ready to be served. Two employees were just standing there scooping some of the food, not acknowledging me when I came in.Then they finally acknowledged me and told me and others in line that they are only taking online orders despite being wellbefore the lunch rush. Would it have been too hard to come up front and take my order and run my transaction. At Chipotle, atmost this takes is a few minutes. Not the first time having negative experiences at this location as it is notorious foremployees being rude, being short staffed, running out of food come dinner time and inside being unclean. Why don?t youprioritize the customers who show up instead of telling them to go order online and come back later. It?s worth noting too thatelderly customers are not going to understand when you tell them to order online. I hope that this location does an employeetraining on how to treat customers or people will take their business elsewhere. Read more
They don?t sell burritos ???? Understaffed, poorly managed. Staff that are here are run ragged and I feel so bad for them. Twice in a row now I?ve had things... missing from my order. Today I was missing rice, veggies, salsa, and queso. Literally was just beans, sofritos, and sour creamlike?? At least I was able to snag some (brown, not white) rice. Read more
This is one of those places on the ave that should be permanently closed. It?s always understaffed with newly trained staff. If... you online order it won?t tell you if the order time is accurate or not until you get to the store and they tell you they?re anhour behind. Just get a bowl every time, but the way. There?s zero effort in wrapping a burrito so it ends up being a pile offood anyway. Read more
For a restaurant to be on a popular strip full of young people, this place is always running out of things. They run out of... things before 5pm. Don't rush them, because then you'll get half cooked rice for your order. Do better, Chipotle. As of nowyour pathetic. Read more
I have heard chipotle many times before coming to the US, finally come and try it! I love choosing what I like and mix them... together! I had the bowl with brown rice, steak, black bean, lettuce, tomato sauce and hot sauce! I love the flavor of theirsteak! You can feel the beef are not bad, but fairly fresh! The brown rice and black bean are also nice, the beans are reallysoft, you can't feel the existence of them if you eat it with rice! The tomato sauce is a surprise! It is nice even if you donot mix it into the bowl! But I think it is more my type if the sauce is hot, I don't feel comfortable when the hot rice mixedwith cold saucesAnd they also provide Tabasco to add! If you want to be robbed go here. I paid 16 bucks for a burrito bowl with extra carnitas, to barely get a regular amount. I also... ordered extra Cheese and light sour cream, but it?s drenched in sour cream even before mixing. This is by far the mostridiculous theft of my money for basically a bunch of rice.
