There were three small parties ahead of me when I arrived, but I was alone and seated quickly after accepting to sit at the bar.... This place is always busy, and for good reason. The bartender was great - he was constantly making drinks but still took myorder and got my beverage in short order. Flautas De Queso were quite good - like a crispy rolled quesadilla, nice and gooeycheesy on the inside. The accompanying dipping sauce had great flavor and just the right amount of spicy kick, which was aperfect addition to the mild cheese. I also ordered the Cochinita tacos, and oh boy did I make the right choice. The tortillaswere soft and fresh, and heaped with a generous amount of meat which had fantastic flavor. The 'yucatan style' seasoning had awonderful depth of spices without being overpowering, and although I was full by the time I finished my mouth wantedmore! Initially I wasn't too impressed by the cleanliness of the place - there were small bits of debris in random placesacrcoss the floor, and tables of unbussed dishes. As I sat at the bar I kept getting a strong whiff of what seemed like greenolives, but coulnd't quite locate where it was coming from. The tacos could have used more onions which were rather sparse, butthey were delicious nonetheless. I was bit disappointed my Jarritos was served at room temperature with a meager amount of ice -it was 93 degrees outside today, and I like my beverages cold. The prices of menu items were quite fair, and I felt like I got agood amount of food for the total cost. The bartender deserved a healthy tip for his efforts. Because quality and taste of thefood carries heavy weight with my ratings, this was a 4.5 star visit but I'm rounding due to the few items which fell a bitshort of calling it amazing. I will definitely return to try some other menu items, and recommend this place to others. Read more

The lady who received us at the front door was very nice. However, our server Johnny, offered chips & salsa to the table (it... sounded like it was complementary) and then charged us the full price. He didn’t give us a chance to decided for our ownappetizer. The tacos were just good. Read more

Never new the servers name Guac 3/5 could use salt for flavor enhancement quesadilla and carnitasmeat needed more seasoning but overall were not terrible. Drinks were grad A! Read more

Good ambience and fine place to hang out in the evening with coworkers. Have a drink and some snacks. Tried plantain empanadas,... it was little sweet for my taste and I was surprised that it was fried. But it tasted fine. Will definitely recommend to othersand come back. Read more

One of the best taco places in Seattle. Their menu is seasonal so things change, but I like their beef tongue taco and spicy... shrimp taco very much. Also have tried the fried cod taco and al pastor taco, both are also quite good. Will definitely come trysome more varieties. Read more

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in downtown Seattle. Sure, it's a little fancy for my taste fancy, but this is downtown... Seattle. Look at these birria quesadillas. Actually, I haven't had anything here that was not amazing. Read more
