Acceptable coffee. Not great quality oat milk - but I can deal with it. Bigger problem is their interior design. Part of the... coffee shop experience is enjoying a vibe - this place lacks it entire sadly. Some ladies have it. Sterile seating against thewall framing a large stain on the carpet. Very odd. Sitting on the outdoor patio is not very inviting either. Read more

Melani and Seth really make this one of my favorite coffee shops. Excellent customer service, ridiculously low prices compared... to other shops. I love their breakfast burritos and the vegan oat bar that's always sold out! Im not even vegan but it's thatgood really. Great local ownership come support the hard working employees and enjoy the top quality selections! Read more

If you're craving a rum soaked almond croissant with a side of cold brew, check this place out.

I live in the LQA area and had been apprehensive to try out Caffe Ladro due to the reviews on customer service. I regret letting... that stop me for so long because the workers were actually very kind and swift in getting my coffee. I don't know why so manypeople complained. Maybe it's tourists coming from visiting Seattle Center that don't understand Seattle culture, or maybe it'speople taking personal offense at being asked to wear a mask inside a private business. I got a cold brew which was normal anda fair price. I wanted a snack, but I came pretty late in the day, so all the good ones were gone already. Thought about gettinga burrito, but it was $5 for what looked to be a small portion, so I decided against it. All in all, if you're in the area andjust want to grab a quick coffee, I would recommend Caffe Ladro. Read more

The stars are for the coffee really. Coffee was quick, and it was very good. However, the staff made me feel like I was an... inconvenience and not really wanted there. I was very friendly and quick to order. I walked in without a mask, and was askedto put one on, which without hesitation I did (even though the mandate is over) but I said nothing about that and politely putone on. But the person who rang me up didn?t say thank you for the tip, and the person who made the coffee only responded to meafter I said have a nice day twice. Honestly, I totally get that it?s tough to be nice to people on a daily basis. But youliterally signed up to be in customer service, so you should at least try to be somewhat welcoming. You never know what peopleare going through in their lives and you might have been that one person that made them feel human, even if it was that 2minutes while you handed them their coffee. Treat people the way you would like to be treated and the world around you will bea better place. Read more

Coffee was excellent and the burrito we ordered was much better than expected. The only downside was the female batista who came... across quite rude. We were masked up and have vaccination cards but we weren't immediately asked to show them until we sat down.We were happy to do so but didn't appreciate her curt request and scowl. Customer service goes a long way in my book. Read more

Superb coffee! I love their frozen latte. A cozy corner space with indoor and outdoor seating. They also have some art for sale... from locals. Sign up for the free Ladro card to track your coffee consumption (hehe) and get 2 free drinks for every 10purchased! It's kinda like a gift card for yourself that you can reload at any Ladro store ???? #notsponsored #justafan Read more
