Great ambiance (old house converted to restaurant). Cozy inside, also great outdoor seating (summertime it is super pleasant,... and winter they have outdoor heaters). Wine selection is always changing and always good. The servers almost always know quite abit about the wines and are great at giving recommendations. Best option is choosing however many wines you want and they do 2ozpour tastings you can select (if you can't pick just one to have a full glass of). Food is also good. I always cave and getCastelvetrano olives and their meat and cheese boards are usually pretty good. The baguette with spreads is also a definitehere. Such a lovely atmosphere. Many people here without it being too loud outside. Sandwich had the perfect crispy crunch to the... outside without being overdone. The flavors of the cheese, caper berries, cornichons, and wine [chef's kiss]!!! Beautiful place.My sister took me here today, just amazing stuff. Thank you for dinner. A lovely place in a sweet location to sip, nibble and chat. The outdoor-ish seating area is a nice compliment to the intimate... indoor home-like setting. These cheese is served by their cheesemonger and is a staple of my meal. Save room for dessert! Read more
I was so excited to go and got disappointed. Their VDay menu was not impressive. We ordered food, and they were not the same.... The butter was cold, too much mustard in the sandwich. Charcuterie had good meat, gnocchi had good texture but I couldn?t reallyfind any taste. Wine pairing had 2 roses and 1 red, from pretty light notes for 2 and merlot/pinot noir/syrah for red blend. Thefirst two didn?t get along with the red. Which was disappointing. I couldn?t help but feeling there was not much done to prepthis event; no descriptions on what your paying for upon purchasing the ticket unlike their oyster events, no event menu intheir IG, drinks only been promoted 2days before, and wine flights didn?t get along except they were the same colors. We loved everything here! The baguette was good and crusty, veggies were delicious, and the charcuterie board had a really... interesting pickle- a cross between an olive and okra. But our fave was probably the chocolate ganache spread, as recommended byour lovely waiter. Read more
