Umami bomb! I had the tan tan udon noodle soup. It was fantastic and virtually ramen. The meaty broth was loaded with umami... and was super delicious. The pickled soft-boiled egg was superb! Into my spoon went a noodle, a bit of ground pork, and somebroth; every slurp made me smile. The dish is described as spicy, but I did not find it very spicy, just super flavorful. Definitely one of the best if not the best udon I’ve had in the seattle area. Great service and the place was clean. The meats... in the soup was delicious and my favorite part. The egg was marinated too which was a plus! Definitely coming back! Read more
