Absolutely adorable little French bakery with a wide assortment of sweet and savory pastries and breads. They are always busy... and they will sell out. Limit of 2 per flavor per person. Read more

Amazing croissants! The almond croissants were exactly like the ones we had in Paris. We?ve been searching for a local... patisserie like this for some time. The ladies who were working in the shop were lovely and had great recommendations. Wepreordered and picked up on Saturday. Highly recommend! Read more

We came early & got a big assortment for a crowd for Fathers\' Day. There was a line of 10+ people at the door before they even... opened. Definitely come early for the best selection. Almond croissants & frangipane tarts were very good. The pecan caramelsticky buns were AMAZING, as was the lemon filled roll with powdered sugar, and the lemon rosemary glazed scone. Rave reviewsall around. Read more

Pastry Near Perfection:\n\nA specific French bakery is a bit of a rare find, even in Seattle. The store itself is incredibly... charming with large displays filled with baked goods even I have never seen. And I am probably addicted to the combination offlour, egg, and butter.\n\nI was unfortunately limited in my selection when I visited. It was purely my mistake as I came by inthe early afternoon, towards when they close at 3:00. Luckily, they still had plenty of croissants, and I feel you can get astrong idea of a French bakery by how they handle this classic.\n\nIt was incredibly flaky and crisp on the outside. So much sothat I was worried about what I would find when I ate further into the croissant. The crispiness was by no means unpleasant, andthe flavor was quite enjoyable. Mildly sweet and salty, with a very small hint of savory. Definitely some quality butter.\n\nThe\"crust\" was not thick, as it was not long until I reached the white shroud-like layers of the inside. I have never bit into acloud, though I feel like this experience might be close.\n\nEat this over a sink, hard surface, or many plates. It can and willget messy. Though so very worth it. Read more

We came there at 8 am when it opened and there was already quite a long line which was very promising. When we made it inside it... looked great with an amazing atmosphere and all the workers were very kind and helpful. I got a whole wheat loaf of bread and acinnamon roll ...10/10 Soooooo good. Best bakery in town, no hyperbole. Read more

Their croissants are huge, and just by holding one in my hand I already feel good about it, it feels hard but not heavy. The... crust has crispy texture that almost unlike a croissant (more like deep fried taxture), but the crunch sound that comes withevery bite still gives me so much joy. I do hope there is just a little bit more air and flavor inside this nice shell.\n\nThespace is quaint, a little cluttered, and gives a hearty traditional bakery vibe. Read more

I trekked all the way to Bakery Honore in North Seattle in search of the best Kouign Amann in Seattle. The place has an... old-world charm reminiscent of an era bygone but I was surprised to learn that they only have Kouign Amanns on the weekend. Icould not leave empty handed so I ordered a classic butter croissant and a Marionberry croissant. Selection was somewhat limitedby early afternoon so arrive early if you can. The butter croissant was nice and puffy with a golden colour but I would havepreferred a crunchier shell. The Marionberry croissant was delightful with a soft, springy interior and a slightly sweet berryfilling finished with a dusting of powered sugar. The Marionberry, which originated in Oregon, is from the blackberry family;they have a firmer texture and described as having a complex earthy flavour that is both tart and sweet. Will definitely be backfor their Kouign Amann. Read more

So good! Hands-down the best French pastry and baked good shop in Seattle.\n\nYou walk in and feel like you?re in France. Take a... bite of any of their pastries, desserts or sandwiches and OMG!! I didn?t know that food could be that tasty!! ???????? Thecroissant dough is so perfectly flaky and crunchy on the outside yet fluffy and distinctly layered on the inside. My personalfaves are the kouign-aman, twice-baked almond croissant, cherry pinwheel and egg and bacon pastry (sorry! I forget the namelol). Just tried a croque monsieur sandwich today and that was also de-lish! And the people seal the deal, I tell ya. Awesomepeople that work there, all really nice and welcoming, and in it to make a great experience for everyone who comes in. It?s mademe come back like 10 weekends in a row now! ????\n\nAlso the coffee is bomb AF. ???? if you?re a latte or cappuccino lover likeme then hope that the barista with the purple hair makes your coffee. Milk foam skills for days yo! ???? Read more
