I love this coffee shop! Great ambience with big windows and lots of natural light. Wine bottles line the walls and all their... silverware and flatware is compostable. I love how the baking area can be seen from the main area and the smells are alwaysdelightful! My lattes are always delicious and they have creative flavors that are seasonal like the salted caramel latte orrosemary latte. I do think that the price point is quite high for the portion of food you get compared to other coffee shops, although everything is homemade and the quality is solid. This shop definitely does get points too for having easy parking... abig problem with other coffee shops in Seattle proper. Read more

Happy that this bakery opened up nearby. The food is unique with many items being of an \'earthier\' or more \'organic\' taste.... While I find the items to be of high quality, I don\'t go here often as it is about 25% overpriced compared to other Seattlearea Bakeries of similar caliber. I will say that the breads here are legit, and I sometimes splurge on those! Read more

We would consider ourselves regulars. Bake shop understands the sugar/salt balance and textures better than any other spot... we’ve tried in Seattle. Never under baked. I highly recommend their vegetable toast with an egg or the buckwheat biscuit withforaged jam and whipped butter. The drink offerings and preparation are proper … oh and the focaccia. And any of their sconesor danishes. Read more

The atmosphere is really cool, the place looks clean and overall the experience was good, however I was not a fan of the food... and coffee. My wife ordered a breakfast sandwich which was pretty good but I definitely have had better. I ordered a mortadellasandwich and I didn’t like it, I might not be my thing but I couldn’t finish it. I also ordered a Mocha and it has been oneof the worst coffees I’ve had. I’m not sure if it was due to the milk or the actual coffee or different brewing but Ididn’t like it at all.\nI would be happy to come back just not for breakfast or brunch. Like I mentioned, the atmosphere wasgood and I would just order something different. Read more

I had a salad, sandwich and pastry. Food was tasty and healthy. The bakery is brightly lit by large windows, and the minimalist... vintage decor makes for a relaxing ambiance.\n\nI felt Bake Shop was a touch over-priced, although I know it’s expensive torun a quality bake shop in Seattle. The baker helping us noted that everything is compostable, which is very nice. Read more

Cute, healthy, and delicious! Preferred the mushroom over the veggie toast but both are great. Love the zero waste efforts and... products. Only thing is the cafe is a bit cold. Def recommend this spot! Read more

Fantastic. From the savory toasts to the sweet pastries. My wife and I split a mushroom toast and a roasted vegetable toast,... and both were wonderful. We finished with a delicious little square-shaped pastry that had marmalade on the inside, a flakycrust on the outside and rosewater icing on top. My Americano was also perfect; rich and flavorful but not bitter. From startto finish, a fantastic experience. We\'ll be back. Read more

Such a cute spot! Really delicious baked goods, toasts, salads, etc... and a great little natural wine & beer selection. This... would be a great stop before a concert or Kraken game at Climate Pledge Arena! Read more
