The biscuits were to hard for my girl to eat and he forgot the honey I asked 4. The fries were good....
I mostly only have the classic chicken sandwich which is the best of all the fast food chains by far! Good job Colonel Sanders!
We stopped by to get food after spending hours in the ER. There were a few cars in the drive through so i was expecting to wait... a bit. When we got to the speaker we were not greeted. After a few minutes i spoke up to see if qould could have our ordertaken. To which the employee said "just a minute". He started to take our order but then told us to wait while he dealt withanother car. We finally placed our order and pulled up to pay. The clerk was not friendly and looked exhausted. He asked usto pull around and park for a few minutes while they finished our food. I gladly did so as i work in fast food as well and knowyou have to clear the drive through as fast as possible. We sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes before my mother went insideto ask what was going on. She came back out a few minutes later without food. Apparently they hadnt even started ourmeal. There were only 2 people working. One was taking orders and cooking while the other was mopping the floor. This AW needsto either get more staff for their closing shifts or restrict what can be ordered so its easier on the staff they do have. Read more
Careful, fries here are not Gluten Free! Normally, A&W fries are GF, but this place mixes items with KFC. If you order fries... here, you get the KFC Secret Recipe fries which are coated in wheat flour. Read more
