Deceitful. They?ll try to charge you extra late at night if you don?t think you?ll notice. The cashier ( or owner) should be... ashamed. He wouldn?t even walked over and look at the price tag when I called him out on it. I paid by card and he claimed heonly give a cash refund. Do yourself a favor and go across the street. Read more
So I work graveyard and it's hard to find a open corner store at late hours most are closed. this 711 is supposed to be 24 hrs... but the guy who works during the night shift slaps his little sign on the door that says sorry were closed. I've nocked on thedoor multiple times only to be ignored by the guy who's behind the counter on his phone I've asked him why are you closed 24hrsis 24hrs he says I'm cleaning. Everytime I try to go in its closed. It's not like the store is super busy so even if the guy wasin fact cleaning he could take care of the potential customers that trickle in now and then. I've sat here outside the storewhile writing this and I've seen 5 customers pull up only to be turned away! If your the only market in town that's open orsupposed to be open people are depending on this store for they're needs! Read more
One of the cleanest 711 stores I have ever been to! And there?s a wide variety of all kinds of items. The staff is friendly and... helpful. They have a lot of vegetarian food too which helps a lot. Good atmosphere! Read more
Very rude customer service. They are always on the phone when I enter, and spend more time engaging with the phone than the... customers. Have seen many times where staff is working without a mask. Furthermore, their register had issues last time I was inthe store, and I very clearly asked once it was fixed to add my rewards discount. The store clerk ignored me and overcharged me,and I would not have made the purchase at all if I knew this is how I would be treated and what I would be paying. Avoid thisstore at all costs. Don't know why the rating is so low?? I'm there almost every day and everything is great! Kind and helpful employees, good... selection, and it's clean. I know almost everyone there and have watched this store grow for years. I absolutely recommend this7-eleven and it will never not get my business! Read more
I live a few blocks away from this 7-Eleven and I go there a couple times a week. I've had a variety of experiences with the... staff there. A few of them are really nice and helpful, but there are a good 3 or 4 different guys there that are either rude tocustomers or on the phone constantly. The store itself is fine. This 7-Eleven is a little slow to restock certain items (Slurpeeflavors, sandwiches, etc.), but you can normally find what you're looking for. Good for a quick stop Read more
I would even rate ZERO if I had to. I don't like to post negatively but this place deserved it. I live few blocks away and... didn't want to drive to the grocery store for milk and ice cream. I decided to go here and the rude cashier rang up the items.He did it so fast and I noticed that instead of the listed price, he ran it up $2-$3 extra on both items. I notified him and heput his hand on my face and said "too late", and brushed me away. I argued about the false advertisement and he finally, knowinghe was caught, give my money back and he took back the ice cream. The cashiers at this store have repeatedly put an additional 2.99 item, same as the tax on the two items I regularly purchase.... Each time I ask what that item is and they immediately remove it and say nothing about their shifty practices. Watch youritemized total on screen Read more
