Founded in 1996, the 125th Street Grill hasn't changed much since then. Inside is the "family style restaurant" experience you... remember as a kid, with decor from decades past. It's not shabby, but it's not winning any contemporary design awardseither. The real surprise is that the food is genuinely good! The prices were reasonable, my steak was tender and cookedperfectly, and even the vegetables were tender and buttery, but not old-people mushy. The server was friendly and the kitchenwas quick. You won't win any Instagram style points for eating here, but you will get a good meal for a good price. And visitsoon!
