Stepping into this diner feels like stepping back in time. Servers were friendly and attentive. I enjoyed the ?breakfast all... day? menu and got the cheese blintzes. Sometimes, restaurants make their blintzes too sweet and full of sugar, but these seemedvery traditional. The filling had just a hint of sweetness and they were served with sour cream. Had some amazing fresh squeezed OJ here at breakfast yesterday. Their pancakes are amazing and the blueberry compote so good.... Yum yum yum. I don?t recommend the coffee personally or the savory items I tried. Both the omelet and the hash browns were meh. Read more

Definitely must try! Everything was so good and soooo authentic. Our servers name was Lynn and she definitely made our... experience top notch! She was so funny and so attentive to our table. The Pancake Chef is only this place in Tukwila since 1959. Breakfast served all day long. Lunch after 10 am. Open 6 am thr 2... pm. Fresh orange squeezed juice is a best. My favorite is German Pancake and Eggs Benedict. They have a good menu, comfort seat,good coffee, love 50's atmosphere and service. It will be busy and cloudy on weekends and around 9am. Parking lots are limited.They close Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas. They don't take a personal check. Read more
