Never had Jack-in-the-Box before and was looking forward to simple American fast food after seeing it advertised in Canada for... years?. My ?21? supposed to have bacon; the picture shows no sausage option m so I chose it for that reason (the cheap sausagealways has hard pieces that make me think of ground bone); I get it and sure enough there?s sausage and no bacon. I went backand asked them to change it, was told that the one I ordered doesn?t come with sausage so I showed the receipt but no change wasmade. At that point I could picture something even more disgusting occurring and didn?t want to change it. The employees seemkind, but why there was even a question about my food and why they didn?t just swap it out without any concerns isdisappointing, so I really wanted to give this location a high rating? I would never suggest going there. Not only are they very expensive, but the food is always more greasy than other fast food... joints. The customer service is lackluster with no real kindness or care about how your food is put together. The breakfastburritos and burgers are always swimming in grease and cheese. I wouldn't suggest even the strive through. Read more
First thing I saw when I walked in, was a homeless man rubbing himself. Then I stood at center for a few minutes as the... employee jysted looked at me. I told him my order and had to repeat 3 times. Then he bagged my order and give me double dippedfries and my monster tacos were cold. This is 1 of the worst JIB I've been in. Read more
I hadn't been to Jack in the Box in a while. A lot of places these days don't get your order right and unless you check it... before you leave you end up with something missing or not prepared like you ordered it.I must say I was pleasantly surprisedwhen I checked my order EVERYTHING was correct and what I and my companions ordered was prepared like we asked for it. No smallfeat considering it was a big order ( there were 4 of us) and we were in the stove through. This Jack in the Box is filthy. Only half the dining room is open and every table needed to be wiped off. The soda machine was... disgusting. I hope I don't get food poisoning!! As we were leaving at 2:30 pm they were closing the dining room. At least thefood tasted okay. Read more
Not sure how they receive door dash orders but I ordered my curly fries with cilantro lime and avocado sauce and my drink with... no ice but as you can guess I did NOT receive my sauce and there was ice in my drink. The ice in my drink was not a big deal butthe sauce thing was really upsetting. This may or may not eventually effect their business but if making sure their customersget what they ordered and paid for, they should get this issue taken cared of. Also, on Google it says the dinning area is openand available so we walked there from the double tree and found out the dinning area was not available for take-out hence why wehad to use door dash because we did not have a vehicle to use the drive-thru. I usually don?t post reviews even if it was a bad experience. But oh my gosh. Literally the worst jack in the box I?ve been to.... My tacos were literally black with the unclean oil that they had. The older lady working there was rude and I?ve seen a reviewon her before. You guys should listen to the reviews and do something about that. We got really old fries. I understand it?slate but these were so bad. They messed up on our drinks and gave attitude right away. Just a standard Jack in the Box but the drive-thru crew at this particular store are the most polite and amazing people I've... ever dealt with. I do a lot of drive-throughs and I can tell you these guys deserve some credit Read more
